What’s in this coming fall-winter 2019?

Fashion nowadays tend to be more directed towards sustainability. Rather than changing from one season to another, it aims to create a look that will last. This year, spectacular hair accessories are making a comeback while hair gels will be sharing the fashion limelight, too. Here’s a rundown on what to expect this coming season.

Tousled Hair

Hair trends would be likely to be a messy-hair look with fringes, flyaway, and unkempt baby hairs. Models wore these looks during the fashion shows of different top brands. Some were wearing extensions to the front of their manes at Versace and others were showing a messy, loose strand at a Valentino show.

Tamed Brow

A look will not be complete without a done eyebrow. During the shows at Chanel and Salvatore Ferragamo, models came out with a tidy and groomed brow. Eyebrow bleaching may soon be returning as was hinted by the models with invisible brows in a Prada and Burberry show.

Tantalizing Eyes

Glittery and foil-decorated eyes were the star at Halpern, and Dries Van Noten shows while massive hair paired with smokey sparkling eyes were the trend at Michael Kors.

Hair Accents

Hair clips, corsages, slides, and other accessories will be enjoying the year as they will be this year’s fashion staple. From furry to tiara-style hairbands, they were on the catwalk on the Simone Rocha and Chanel shows.

Luscious Lips

You can never go wrong with red lipstick – whether in scarlet, crimson or merlot shade. For a bolder look, you can give it a matt, velvety finish, just like what the make-up artists at the fashion shows did for the models. Mac’s Kiss Lipstick for models at Salvatore Ferragamo while others picked Matt Trance Lipstick during a walk at Versace.

Old-School Gel

Sleek-down hairs at Burberry and wet looks at Fendi proves that hair gels are back in business.

Flattery Lashes

A mascara combined with false eyelashes at the upper lash line achieved the desired wide-eyed effect of the girls during the show at Brandon Maxwell. White painted lashes were seen at Vivetta while futuristic impact came from fringy silver lashes in an Altuzarra show.

Plaited hair

From the twin braids, long twist and tucked in collar twines, plaited hairs never go out of season. This trend continues as models at Tory Burch, Hermes and Thom Browne were all wearing different styles of plaited manes.

Best Fashion Style

A show at Stella McCartney let their models have mini facials to achieve a bright glow with less make-up. Victoria Beckham had it also at Emilio Pucci. So remember, nothing beats a beauty trend other than radiant, glowing skin.
